Paper napkins aren’t just for parties! With a little Mod Podge and a few inexpensive supplies, you can turn those pretty seasonal napkins from the dollar store into custom fall and Halloween decor.
For this collection, I made five completely different projects: a pumpkin garland, a decoupage foam pumpkin, upcycled glass jar lanterns, sunflower candles, and a textured burlap sign.

Paper Napkin Decoupage Tips
Before starting any of these crafts, separate the napkin layers and use only the thin printed layer.
Paper napkins tear easily once separated, so work with thin coats of Mod Podge and avoid brushing the same area repeatedly. Plastic wrap or parchment paper can help you smooth the napkin without tearing it or getting Mod Podge all over your fingers.
