Making Dollar Store bunny wreaths for Spring just got a lot easier, especially because you can pick up the wire form and most materials at the Dollar Store. In this post, I’m going to show you how to make four different bunny wreath styles that can pair with just about any decor style.
Grab a few bunny wreath forms from Dollar Tree, and let’s get crafting!

1- Floral Bunny Wreath
This simple, but beautiful, wreath is made with a bunny-shaped wire wreath form, pink chenille yarn, and pink roses from the Dollar Tree!
Supplies Needed to Make a Floral Bunny Wreath:
- 1 bunny wreath form (DT)
- Twine (DT)
- Scissors
- 1 small ball of pink chenille yarn (DT)
- Hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
- 5 bunches of faux pink roses (DT)
Tutorial: How to make a Floral Bunny Wreath
- Tie one end of twine to the circular part of the wreath and begin weaving it out, in, over, and under throughout the wreath form. (The reason you’re doing this is to give the flowers something to stick to.)
- Grab the chenille yarn and tie one end to the bottom of a bunny ear and begin wrapping the entire ear until it is completely covered. As you get to the tip of the ear, apply hot glue to hold the yarn in place. Repeat for the other ear.
- Remove the tops of the roses from their stems and begin hot gluing them around the circular part of the wreath form. (The first couple of roses may be wobbly, but as you get going the flowers will begin sticking to one another and the twine, creating overall stability).
- Add a bow using a combination of check and burlap ribbon. Cut 5 lengths of ribbon and secure them in the center using another ribbon tied around the entire bunch. Trim the ribbon ends at a crisp 45-degree angle or into a v-shape. Fluff out the bow and apply it to the wreath where the ears meet the head.
***Optional: Add some leaves between flowers using a dot or two of hot glue.

Materials
- 1 bunny wreath form (DT)
- Twine (DT)
- Scissors
- 1 small ball of pink chenille yarn (DT)
- Hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
- 5 bunches of faux pink roses (DT)
Instructions
- Tie one end of the twine to the circular part of the wreath and begin weaving it out, in, over, and under throughout the wreath form. (The reason you're doing this is to give the flowers something to stick to.)
- Grab the chenille yarn and tie one end to the bottom of a bunny ear and begin wrapping the entire ear until it is completely covered. As you get to the tip of the ear, apply hot glue to hold the yarn in place. Repeat for the other ear.

2- Nautical Rag Tie Bunny Wreath
If you’re looking for a nautical, farmhouse-themed Easter wreath idea, this is the one for you. Tied check fabric (or a pattern of your choice) combined with nautical rope makes for a unique rag tie bunny wreath.
Supplies Needed to Make a Nautical Rag Tie Bunny Wreath:
- 1 bunny wreath form (DT)
- 3 fat quarters of blue and white check fabric (DT) or other cotton fabric of your choice – cut into strips roughly 5.25 x 1.5-inches
- Fabric scissors and heavy duty craft scissors
- Hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
- 3 bundles of nautical jute rope (DT) or 4 bundles if you add the bow in addition to covering the ears
Tutorial: How to make a Nautical Rag Tie Bunny Wreath
- Begin tying the cut strips of fabric onto the the circular part of the wire wreath form. You’ll need to apply strips to the inner, middle, and outer rings (however, the middle will not need as many).
- Once you’ve filled the ring, fluff out the fabric.
- Using the nautical jute rope, secure one end to the bottom of the bunny ear with hot glue, then begin wrapping toward the pointy end. (This rope is thicker so you’ll want to apply hot glue throughout the wrapping process.)
- As you get toward the end, hot glue the rows together (on the back) to help the rope keep its form. Repeat for the other bunny ear.
- Optional: add a bow to the bottom left using a cut piece of the nautical jute rope.
***Tip: If your fabric doesn’t have two “good” sides, fold the strip in thirds and then tie it to the wreath form. This will help the “good” side show the most.

3- White Fuzzy Bunny Wreath
This fuzzy and chic bunny wreath is not only cute but also made from one primary supply – fuzzy mop covers!
Supplies Needed to Make a White Fuzzy Bunny Wreath:
- 1 bunny wreath form (DT)
- 4 white fuzzy mop covers (DT)
- Fabric scissors
- Hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
- Assorted ribbon and twine in pattern/color of your choice (DT)
Tutorial: How to make a White Fuzzy Bunny Wreath
- Begin with the circular portion of the wreath form. Lay a mop cover flat on your work surface under the wreath form. Fold the long edges of the mop cover over the outer edges of the wreath form, and secure in the back with plenty of hot glue. The will take roughly two and a half mop heads to fully cover. The second mop cover should be cut in half width wise.
- For the bunny ears, cut the mop heads in half length wise (because the ears are skinnier).
- Use check pastel ribbon (or colors and patterns of your choice) to create a cute bow and attach it to an ear of the bunny wreath.
