Why I love this craft
Each spring, I usually see Easter bunny head wreath forms at my local Dollar Tree. They are such a unique and fabulous blank canvas that can be decorated in so many different ways.

By wrapping the wreath form in raffia ribbon, the decorating possibilities are just about endless. Raffia ribbon is a natural and neutral craft material, so it pairs perfectly with just about any embellishment. So feel free to add color of faux floral stems or ribbons that you like to suit your personal style.

Raffia Bunny Wreath
Grab a bunny wreath form and transform it with just a few basic craft
supplies into an adorable DIY Raffia Bunny Wreath for Easter.
Materials
- Bunny-shaped Wire Wreath Form (Dollar Tree)
- Wide Burlap Ribbon
- Raffia ribbon
- Faux baby boxwood stems
- Small Faux flower stems
- Twine
Instructions
- Watch the video tutorial before you begin, and let that be your visual guide for this craft.
- Squeeze in the ears. The ears are a little wide, so squeeze them in a bit to create more narrow-looking ears. This will also make it easier to wrap them with raffia ribbon.
- Attach wide burlap ribbon. Hot glue the tail end of the ribbon around the wire wreath form, and begin wrapping the ribbon around the entire circle part of the wreath form. Once wrapped, hot glue the final tail end.

- Wrap with raffia ribbon: Gather 5-6 strands of raffia ribbon. Hot glue the ends to the back of the wreath form. Press the raffia ends down, and make sure they are secure. Then begin wrapping the raffia ribbons around the wreath form. Work in sections, and continue wrapping with raffia ribbon until the whole circle of the wreath form is covered.

- Wrap the bunny ears: Hot glue one end of a small raffia ribbon bunch onto the back of the wreath form, just under one side of an ear. Begin wrapping the raffia around the ear. Apply a dab of hot glue every
so often (especially at the point of the ears) to keep the raffia in place. When you reach the end of the ear, cut the end of the raffia and secure it to the back of the wreath with hot glue. Repeat this process on the second ear.
- Add greenery and flowers: Hot glue greenery stems to the top left section of the wreath. Make a small bunch of flowers, tie with twine, and hot glue in place.

- Add a twine bow: Loop twine 5-6 times around 4 fingers. Secure the loops together, between your middle and ring finger, with a double knot of the twine ends. Hot glue the twine bow in place.

How cute is this simple bunny wreath?
