I think it’s important for us all to own up to our character flaws and quirks. For example, I can freely admit that I am a control freak. I would much rather do something myself (correctly, obviously) than trust someone else with anything important at all. I freely admit it. Also, I’m working on it.
Here’s another quirk: I am insanely cheap when it comes it home decor. This goes beyond loving a good deal, people. If there is a DIY to be had, you had better believe I am going to DIY the living daylights of that decor project. There is a sense of pride and accomplishment with my DIY decor.
That is why this post today is so near and dear to my heart. There is something about an upcycle project or repurposed DIY decor idea that makes my cheap heart skip a beat.
So let’s all put on our DIY thinking caps, and get ready for spring with these inspiring upcycle crafts for the home!
