If ever there was a crafting dilemma to be had, for me it would be this: What do I like more: an upcycle craft or a dollar store craft. Please don’t ever make me choose! I’m not sure I would be able to.
So today’s craft project is extra special to me. It combines my two favorite types of crafts.
I started with some cute floral wall decals that I picked up at Dollar Tree:

Dollar Store floral wall decals have quickly become a favorite item to craft with. I’ve recently made this floral decal tray and even some floral decal mason jars.
**Can’t find flower decals at the dollar store? Don’t worry! You can easily use pretty scrapbook paper, a printed image of a flower, or large stickers from the craft store. If using paper, use Mod Podge to adhere your image to the tin can, let dry, and then seal the decal with another coat of Mod Podge.
Then I rifled through our recycling can, and grabbed a few tin cans. Ok, who am I kidding? I always keep a stash of glass jars and tin cans in my craft room, just waiting for upcycled craft inspiration to strike.
