Hi, my name is Aimee, and I’m a sugar addict. Ok, this may be a bit of an exaggeration, but I do crave my fair share of sweets. My mom makes homemade protein bars, and every so often she will bring me a container of peanut butter goodies.
They are the perfect pick-me-up. I will pack one in with my lunch for a morning snack. Oh, and the kids love them too!
I decided that it was time for me to make my own peanut butter treats. I opted for little peanut butter balls instead of bars – perfect bite sized little protein balls for when that craving for sugar hits. Plus, adding protein powder helps fill me up, making the craving disappear that much faster.

A NOTE ON THE PROTEIN POWDER: I use the Sunwarrior Brand in “natural” flavor. You can use any protein powder you want. Just be aware that if it is flavored, it will change the flavor of your protein bites.
