- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/3 cup coconut
- 1/3 cup dates
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, crunchy
- 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
- Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl. Place in refrigerator and chill for 20 minutes.
- Using heaping teaspoonfuls, roll mixture into small balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Store in refrigerator and enjoy!
