Peanut Butter & Coconut Protein Bites

  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut
  • 1/3 cup dates
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter, crunchy
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey


  1. Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until combined.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Place in refrigerator and chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Using heaping teaspoonfuls, roll mixture into small balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Store in refrigerator and enjoy!
