Holiday Treat Labels – Share the Holiday

It’s that time of year, again.  Have you started to think about your holiday baking and treat-giving?  The baking and treats are important, yes.  But don’t overlook the packaging when you share your holiday baked goods.

Today, I’m sharing two free printables that you can use to simply and easily decorate your holiday treats.  These printables work perfectly with the red and green Rubbermaid TakeAlongs.

These colorful containers are the perfect vessel for giving.  The price point is right.  The colors are festive.  They’re microwavable, dishwasher, and freezer safe.  When you pair them with my free printables (scroll to the end of the post for the downloadable PDF) – you will have a simple yet festive holiday treat for giving.

Instructions

Gather your supplies:

• printable (scroll down for the “download” button)
• brown “paper bag” color cardstock
• twine and ribbon – any color you like
• scissors
• small hole punch
• Rubbermaid TakeAlongs – small and large rectangle styles
• tape

For the large TakeAlongs containers, use the circle printables.  Cut two large slits in each side of the circle, and run your ribbon through.  Secure the ribbon on the back of your container with tape.

For the smaller TakeAlongs containers, use the rectangle printables. Punch a hole in each corner, and run twine through the holes.  Secure in the back with a simple bow.
