I’ve been on a bit of a recycle/upcycle kick lately. I blame it in part on the winter weather significantly reducing my desire to trudge through the snow to the craft store for supplies and inspiration. So I’ve been looking around my home for supplies and inspiration instead!
We just celebrated Easter, which means LOTS of leftover egg cartons. I decided to upcycle an egg carton for a Spring flower craft and painting activity for the twins.
Egg Carton Flower Craft and Painting Activity – what a fun Spring craft project for toddlers and preschoolers, and a great way to use up those egg cartons after Easter!

Egg Carton Flower Craft and Painting Activity
Before your littles can get painting, you have a bit of work to do yourself. Using that black sharpie, roughly sketch flower stems and grass. Then cut out individual egg carton cups and glue them to the cardstock.
Now you’re ready to get painting!
It’s a good thing that paint is washable!
