You guys know I love a good upcycle project. So when I had a little cardboard bottle carrier sitting around, I just couldn’t bring myself to throw it away! It was time for an upccyle craft!

Here’s what you will need to make this Bottle Carrier Craft Organizer:
- an empty cardboard bottle carrier (leftover from your favorite beverage, perhaps)
- double-sided tape
- wrapping paper – I bought mine at Target a couple of years ago, and I LOVE it for crafting!!!
- scissors
Tutorial: DIY Organizer + Bottle Carrier Craft
Start with a cardboard bottle carrier that is simple – solid color, fewer graphics. This will make it easier to cover.
Cut a strip of wrapping paper that is the height of your cardboard bottle carrier.
Secure one end of the wrapping paper with double-sided tape.
Then wrap the cardboard bottle carrier with wrapping paper. Secure with double-sided tape on the edges as you go.
Secure the seam with more tape.
If there is text or a graphic on the handle, this will need to be covered too. I just cut small rectangles of wrapping paper and secured them with double sided tape.
That’s it! Too easy.
My DIY Organizer in Action
My new DIY organizer looks right at home sitting on my desk in my cloffice – yes, a CLOFFICE! It fits right next to another upcycle project – a tin can and rope craft. Now I can stylishly keep my pencils and paintbrushes handy and organized!
