You can find Nature’s Truth oils in the vitamin aisle of other major retailers, but in the theme of keeping things uncomplicated, I ordered my Nature’s Truth Essential Oils from Target Online.
Here’s everything you need to make this lemon peppermint cleaner and multipurpose spray:
- glass spray bottle
- 3/4 cup distilled water
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 15 drops lemon essential oil
- 15 drops peppermint essential oil
Two quick notes on this supply list:
1 – I always use glass containers when working with citrus essential oils.
2 – I prefer to use distilled (instead of tap) water when making a cleaner or anything else that will not be used right away.
Instructions: Lemon Peppermint Cleaner
Combine the water, vinegar, and oils in your glass spray bottle.
When you’re ready to get cleaning, just give the bottle a quick shake to evenly distribute the oils.
I especially love making my own household cleaners instead of using the store bought ones. They smell amazing, and I know exactly what is in them. In my home, that is incredibly important to me!
