Last Christmas, I made these Grinch Cookies – “adult” mint chocolate chip cookies. Perhaps they are “young adult” cookies, since I don’t know any self respecting person past college age who still drinks Dr. McGillicuddy’s, unless they are ordering it as a shot at a bar during a night they will likely regret. Well, since I made these cookies I have seen all sorts of Grinch inspired treats on Pinterest. Here are my favorites.
