Today I’m going to talk about two things that do NOT belong in the same sentence: vegetables and Halloween.
I know October 31st is all about fun costumes, a few scares, and lots of candy. BUT – what if I told you that you could sneak a little bit of spinach (and some fruit) in there too? Sound too good to be true? Not at all.
Meet, the Spooky Smoothie:
It’s not complicated at all. Just add spinach to your favorite morning smoothie. I personally prefer strawberry-banana with orange juice.

Spooky Smoothies – Assembly
Cut out the labels. Then carefully cut 3/4-inch slits on each side of the label.
Thread the strip of scrapbook paper through the slits, and secure to your jar with tape.
