These are the fastest and easiest peanut butter cookies out there. They bake up in just a few minutes – make sure not to over bake these cookies. They taste best when they are still soft and barely beginning to brown on the bottoms.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and combined.
- Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into balls. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the bottoms of the cookies are just beginning to brown.
