Pancake Batter Donuts with Homemade Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1cup whole wheat pancake mix
  • 1tablespoon baking powder
  • 1tablespoon Buttermelted
  • 3/4cup water
For Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1cup white sugar
  • 1cup brown sugar
  • 2tablespoons Butter
  • 1cup heavy cream
  1. Whisk pancake mix and baking powder. Then stir in butter and water.
  2. Pour batter into nonstick donut pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes, until crisp and browned.
  3. Combine sugars, butter, and cream in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Then boil for one minute. Serve immediately.
