In December of 2017, I decided that I couldn’t do it all here at The Crazy Craft Lady. I am committed to bringing you a steady stream of new creative crafts, DIYs, and recipes, and I brought in some extra help to make that happen.
Meet The Crazy Craft Ladies
Hi, I’m Becca from Hello, Central Avenue. I always have LOVED to DESIGN and CREATE. As a little girl I would invite my friends over and convince them to spend hours setting-up the perfect decor for Barbie’s dream house. As I got older I’d sneak into my dad’s workshop and use his tools to make anything and everything. In high school some teenagers changed their hair color for fun. I rearranged my bedroom furniture! My education and interest have taken me from A to Z. I have worked at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, using my Bachelors degree in Art History, as a fourth grade teacher using my Masters degree in teaching, and most recently (between changing diapers, preschool, and everything else) as an interior decorator and blogger. Creating and designing makes me happy and keeps me sane!
Hi, I’m Beth from Kingston Crafts. I’m a food loving, wine drinking military wife who is “mom” to two great danes. I am a DIYer, crafter, how-to gal, on-air personality on the Home Shopping Network, and luckiest girl in the world to be able to play with paper and glue for a living! With frequent appearances by my husband Don, I have created a site filled with tutorials, personal stories, home decor projects and holiday ideas.
Hi, I’m Cynthia from Home Beautifully. I’m a joyful sawdust maker, avid DIYer and happy momma. When I’m not holding a power tool, a glue gun or my babies, I’m tucked behind my laptop, working on my website Home Beautifully. At Home Beautifully, busy moms can find easy DIY projects to create organized, beautiful homes. With a doctorate in education, I’m passionate about creating content that’s informative, empowering, and inspirational.
Hi, I’m Lora from Craftivity Designs, where I document how we are creating our home. I believe that a home is about much more than design and decor – it should tell the story of a family. Our home must fit the needs of two small kids, a work-at-home mom, and a youth pastor dad. I want it to be a beautiful space, but it should be functional and meaningful, too. If you are trying to meld function and beauty, check out organization ideas, DIY projects, and more on my blog.
Hi, I’m Melissa from Brown Dog Vintage. I’m a mom of two kids – a 10 year old boy and a 7 year old girl, and of course, my sweet brown dog Charlie. I have an unrelated part time job, but what I love the most is helping people create a home they love – all while doing it on a budget. I’m all about keeping things organized, practical and thrifty DIYs, and decorating without going into debt.
